Hi, the same error here (amd64, 2005.0 stage1) - any progress? Maybe I'll just add a link for a hotfix dystopianray found: http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-316156.html (don't use -fvisibility-inlines-hidden) -fvisibility-inlines-hidden is an unsupported, remove it from your CXXFLAGS and it will work, thank you. *** Bug 96915 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** To clarify things: this is not a library bug. The '-fPIC' bug is actually caused by '-fvisibility-inlines-hidden' bugs _both_ in gcc and libstdc++. Please, don't use this flag on AMD64 while this is not fixed (it seems to be a problem o PPC64 too). For more information, read http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=19664 |
