In my (stable) emerge -u world, the PHP ebuild is failing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -u world

Actual Results:

directory

Should have built nicely.

Why is it invalid? Shouldn't this be done automatically, as part of the libtool upgrade process?
