New version 0.39.0 of difftastic released 2022-12-19 (https://github.com/Wilfred/difftastic/releases/tag/0.39.0) but also 0.38.0 was released 2022-11-14 (https://github.com/Wilfred/difftastic/releases/tag/0.38.0).

Actual Results:  
Merges 0.37.0

Expected Results:  
0.39.0 to be available in Portage.

difftastic-0.42.0 has dropped

The package in portage is now 0.52.0 which is only a couple months old.
This issue is obsolete.
