Please file bugs with a concise explanation of the problem rather than telling us to go read something else. Even after reading that forum post, I'm not even sure there's a real issue there. Please do not reopen invalid bugs, especially without addressing the concerns in my first comment. Thks to your promptness, you fucked up my report. Nice ;) Writing it again... You probably pressed the wrong button when you got the "mid-air collision" message. In future, describe the problem when filing the bug, not in a follow up comment at first. Anyway, this is bug 884489 I think? *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 884489 *** @Sam Indeed removal of gtk-doc on both gnome-base/gnome-desktop:[3,4] fixed. Having portage trying to install both gnome-base/gnome-desktop:[3,4] hurt my mind strong, considering mistakenly it to be more of a binary thing, when it seems to be lib oriented. Knowing gnome transiting from :3 to :4, my 2 cts :3 requirement will sooner or later be a thing of the past. bug 884489 seems confirmable. Possibly keeping gtk-doc on one of the two slot is portage compatible. Tested building fine here on :4. |
