Are you sure you have FEAT_SHA3 implemented in your processor? I am pretty sure you can successfully compile if you replace your -march with -mtune=generic or similar (or perhaps taking sha3 out of your -march). In any case, taking it upstream is probably a better choice if you can show that FEAT_SHA3 and eor3 are indeed implemented.
