$ grep oggvorbis /usr/portage/profiles/base/use.defaults

$ grep oggvorbis /usr/portage/profiles/use.desc

Should probably 
sed -i "s/oggvorbis/ogg\t\t/" /usr/portage/profiles/base/use.defaults
or something.
