The newest OGRE classic ebuild in the tree is 1.12.9, which is ancient and has problems with libsdl2 support.

Bump to latest stable release.

What do you mean: "while waiting"? 13.6.1 is in the tree for over 6 months now. I can not update a PR that was merged half a year ago. ;-)
