i386-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -lpam
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

It seems to me that compile of linked pam (error above) library (-lpam) finished later.

i've recompiled w 
FEATURES="-sandbox" ebuild pam-0.77-r6.ebuild install 

installation completed, but it says::
