anybody who uses GNOME well know what is minimization effect in metacity and how it annoying.. this patch only disable stupid animation effect 

it is very good idea to disable execution bad code in metacity.

If you feel this patch is needed please file a bug upstream at bugs.gnome.org and assign it to the metacity maintaniers. We don't add random patches that change behavior like this.
