So I think to add a new blog: - edit the planet repo, configs/planet (for planet) and configs/universe (for universe.) Please commit to the master branch. - Tag the repo (git tag 'v3.N' where N is existing tag +1.) - Push your tag (git push --tags) - Edit gentoo/puppet dist/www/manifests/planet_pluto.pp to sync the new git tag. - Commit this puppet update. Now we wait: - At least an hour for puppet to push new configs to the box. - Config updates require a container rebuild, which happens every night. - Once new blogs are in the config (after nightly rebuild) we need to sync them. So all this new configs should in theory take in < 24h. We have some other additional issues we will address in other bugs. Totally outdated but here are the docs. https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Planet/Administration |
