I have bash-completion, bash-completion-config and gentoo-bashcomp

Uninstalling 'gentoo' globally and reinstalling locally (per-user) occurs the following problem in a new terminal:

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. bash-completion-config -g -u gentoo
2. bash-completion-config -i gentoo
3. source .bashrc or starting a new terminal

Actual Results:  
-bash: have: command not found
-bash: have: command not found
-bash: have: command not found
...

Expected Results:  
say nothing, work in quiet

Possible solution:

the function 'have' defined in /etc/bash_completion
try to put it into /usr/share/bash-completion/gentoo, so it will be defined there

Yeah I was wondering when someone would submit this bug.  Wasn't going to bother fixing it if no one was using it locally, but here you are :)

The fix has been committed upstream; this bug will be closed next time I do a release.
