I can't reproduce. Could you try different setuptools versions? $ find /usr/lib/python3.9/site-packages/ -name entry_points.txt -exec grep -l '\[setuptools' {} + We also had this maybe related report on forums: https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-1159169.html. originally was build with setuptools-65.5.1 then masked and accept_keyword for 65.6.0 was set and now inflect emerged correctly. (In reply to Isaac from comment #3) > originally was build with setuptools-65.5.1 then masked and accept_keyword > for 65.6.0 was set and now inflect emerged correctly. If that's not a problem, could you try 65.5.1 again and then perhaps 65.5.0? I'm wondering if this is a problem with this specific version of setuptools, or perhaps reinstalling setuptools somehow fixed it. During my troubleshooting before emerge 65.6.0 I re-emerge setuptools 65.5.1 many times without success, please let me know if that works for you. Thanks! I couldn't reproduce the problem (i.e. the package built successfully) when I downgraded to 65.5.1. |
