This is a fix upstream that we need for gentoo kernels, be it gentoo-sources-2.6.11 or what have you. 

As without this fix, lots of pSeries IBM boxes will be busted, this needs to go in quickly!!

Sorry, forgot to update bug. eradicator fixed this in gentoo-sources-2.6.11-r6
