Why does the file /etc/man.conf adds '/usr/man' to MANPATH ?
It is even a symlink to '/usr/share/man' and this path is included in the same file 4 lines above.

we dont install /usr/man anymore as a symlink so it is possible for you to have a system where /usr/man is a sep dir (because you installed an old package which still uses /usr/man)
