Hi, media-radio/tucnak1 is now at version 1.22, and my committed ebuild work flawlessly for all versions 1.17-1.22 here. My system is x86 stable, and I tested the ebuilds on three different gentoo installations (all x86). I'm a little bit confused what to do now, from time to time the author releases a new version of this great amateur radio contest logging software, and these working ebuilds have not been included to gentoo yet. Should I continue submitting ebuilds for new versions of ssbd and tucnak1/tucnak1-data, or is it hopeless? Am I missing something? No feedback yet :-( Regards, Florian Evers BTW, this bug was assigned to media-tv, which is not correct IMHO. This is amateur radio software, belonging to media-radio! There is no media-radio group. And since media-tv is understaffed, I'm not about to add another package which I don't use. That would mean I would have to support something I know nothing about, which won't happen. Keep your fingers crossed that you can find an interested dev. Otherwise, keep maintaining it in your own Portage Overlay. *** Bug 79256 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Thank you for your excellent ebuilds. I also referenced the ebuilds you contributed on http://tucnak.nagano.cz/download.php#ver1 Now in cvs: media-radio/ssbd/ media-radio/tucnak1-data/ media-radio/tucnak1/ Please test. Hi Robb, thank you very much including my ebuilds! Time to clean out my PORTDIR_OVERLAY :-) I tested them on three different systems, all x86 stable. No problems here installing and running tucnak1, all three ebuilds. The only thing: The tarballs were not on the mirrors yet, so portage had to fetch them from the authors homepage. 73, Florian Great, a satisfied customer :) 73 de Robb |
