You are trying to build sys-devel/lld-15.0.2 against libstdc++, whereas your sys-devel/llvm:15 has been built against libc++. Possibly related to brand-new /etc/clang/gentoo-runtimes.cfg file? Sorry, it is my bad. Portage suggests that I should move USEs for clang to clang-common, but I included `default-libcxx' by mistake. Your comment just reminded me of that.
