[blocks B ] net-analyzer/netcat ("net-analyzer/netcat" is soft blocking net-analyzer/openbsd-netcat-1.195)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge app-emulation/virt-manager

These two different versions have different functional components. Why not name the compiled file bsd-netcat so that net-analyzer/netcat and net-analyzer/openbsd-netcat don't conflict?

We could probably add a USE flag or even an eselect module (lol) for it, but people who install one netcat might well want it to be their system's /usr/bin/nc, so I don't think it's as simple as unconditionally renaming one IMO.
