Cuurently LLVM_MAX_SLOT is 14, it should be at least 15, since llvm 15 is out and it is supported by the current rust version.

Well, it is not a duplicate of bug 872578. Bug 872578 is about building rus with LLVM 15. This bug is about building firefox with LLVM 15.
