Tomcat4 is needed for some applications that do not support tomcat5 yet. OpenNMS is an example.

opennms isn't in the tree. provide a list with packages which are in the tree that depend on tomcat4, i'm going to change these ebuilds in that case. it'll not return, these version aren't in the tree any longer because tomcat version < 5 have security issues.
