even when the bindist use-flag has been set emerging freetype 2.1.9-r1 will sucessfully build but an error message will appear that bytecode failed

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.USE="bindist" emerge freetype
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
succesfull build without bytecode
ewarning "Bytecode Interpreter is disabled."


Expected Results:  
no ewarning, and bytecode enabled


attached is the ebuild I use to fix this

please search, "ALL freetype bytecode" would've been the key here.
