In compile phase build fails during emerge with C errors.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge dev-util/strace

Actual Results:  
Fails to emerge.

Expected Results:  
Emerges correctly.

Also tried with -j1, the same happens.

# emerge -pqv dev-util/strace
[ebuild     U ] dev-util/strace-5.19 [5.17] USE="-aio -elfutils -perl (-selinux) -static (-unwind)"
