Inotify support in current gamin ebuilds is broken, especially for GNOME users.

Gamin using dnotify and polling backends works suitably for now until the bugs in inotify are worked out. We need to add a local USE flag for gamin allowing the optional inclusion/exclusion of inotify support. Default should be off.

Attached is a patched gamin-0.0.26-r5 ebuild.

I think this bug should be closed, because there is no more 0.0.* gamin in portage.

Agreed. Bug is now obsolete.
