If encoding conversion is set in mp3 module options player converts encoding in _filenames_ (for files without ID3 tags).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn on ID3 encoding conversion in mp3 module options (encoding!=locale).
2. Add to playlist file without ID3 and with non-english letters in filename.
3. Look at playlist.

Actual Results:  
I see filename in wrong encoding.

Expected Results:  
Filename in correct encoding.

Reported as an upstream bug, this does not seem to be in the way we distribute things. Please add yourself to the CC of the upstream bug, I can't do it myself.
