akregator has been broken for 20 years and it's getting worse each year. quiterss is a Qt-based rss reader, maintained. Hopefully the best 'kde-like' alternative.

There is no new release since 2020. It was removed from the tree because it still depends on deprecated dev-qt/qtwebkit:5.
