It's been requested by multiple people that pkgcraft's dev blog be added to Gentoo Planet. Here is the relevant information for that to happen:

RSS feed: https://pkgcraft.github.io/rss.xml

Most entries should tangentially relate to Gentoo by way of pkgcraft work so I'm not sure a separate Universe feed is required.
