Openbox 3.3-rc1 has been released.  Can we get a new ebuild?

Here's a modified version of the ebuild by me, adds Pango support.

Someone might want to remake the themes thing that's downloaded. They're
ancient. He's got a lot of newer, better ones.

Removed makefile patch & sn stuff

- Makefile patch isn't needed any more, so I removed it.
- Added 'use_enable startup-notification' to really disable it with use flag.
