gsm_encode crashes whole application with:
src/lpc.c:200: Reflection_coefficients: Warunek zapewnienia `temp >= 0 && temp < 32' nie zosta&#322; spe&#322;niony.

i didn't know it when i created a report, but this bug happens only when option
GSM_OPT_FAST is enabled
