If using ~arch kernels, should use ~arch virtualbox, although my advice remains to use LTS kernels with out of tree modules.

sorry.
bug 847094 was fixed on 2022-07-27, but I've still problems today.
how can I explain that?

You're using an ~arch kernel (5.18.x, it's not marked stable) but stable versions of virtualbox.
