Running `ebuild /var/db/pkg/net-ftp/glftpd-2.00/glftpd-2.00.ebuild config` does not add glftpd to /etc/services.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =glftpd-2.00
2. ebuild /var/db/pkg/net-ftp/glftpd-2.00/glftpd-2.00.ebuild
3. grep glftpd /etc/services

Actual Results:  
glftpd not added to /etc/services

Expected Results:  
Add glftpd to /etc/services

Maybe related to Bug 82763?

Sorry for typo, step 2 should be `ebuild /var/db/pkg/net-ftp/glftpd-2.00/glftpd-2.00.ebuild config`, however I did run the correct command (several times) and no luck. Crontab entry is added but nothing appears in /etc/services.

erm i deleted it ... re-added to 2.00
