2.2.4 in cvs, thanks for reporting. I'll have a look into unmasking newer versions of nessus. In the future, please add a diff to the current ebuild instead of the whole ebuild, it makes it easier on the devs.

sorry didn't realize a patch was easier - granted I just had to rename the files. Sorry didn't realize 2.2.4 was already in CVS - if 2.2.2 or 2.2.3 (preferably) could be unmasked it would be appreciated

2.2.4 was not already in cvs, I added it thanks to your bug report :-)
Don't worry about the diff thing, it just makes things easier in the future.
I'm looking into marking a 2.2 version stable, worry not, it won't be forgotten.
