This is a common complaint and problem in the forums. It is confusing that the stable Apache is version 2, however the stable mod_perl attempts to install Apache 1 as a dependency. please see http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77551 too 19 Mar 2005; Elfyn McBratney <beu@gentoo.org> +mod_perl-1.27-r1.ebuild, +mod_perl-1.27-r2.ebuild, +mod_perl-1.99.10.ebuild, +mod_perl-1.99.11.ebuild: Tree break #1 - re-add. mod_perl 1.9.10 and 1.99.11 back in portage, closing as fixed. |
