In GAP4: When I open "Invoke join editor" from "Contig Comparatore" window, I get new "Join Editor" window which is inactive and all other Staden windows too. When I open "Contig Editor", sequence isn't displayed, than when I move with horizontal scroolbar, it started to be displayed. This problem is KDE dependent, in WindowMaker its work fine. I tryied staden-1.5.3 and staden-1.4.1-r7. Program didn't produce any error message.
