Patch to grub 0.91 to add lilo -R fuctionality

usefull for my work for testing kernels on machines with no heads (try booting
the kernel, if it dosn't come up just hit the power button and known good kernel
boots)

hi

this patch doesnt apply cleanly to 0.90.  at least here it fails
with a decent-sized chunk.

at first i thought i was conflicting with the other group of
patches already getting used in our grub package.  but i moved
this patch to the top of the patch list, and it still doesnt work
cleanly.

if you feel like fixing this, and submitting a *patchfile* this
time, i might revisit this.  unfortunately i dont have any more
time to deveote to this.  sorry.
