Ebuild for mail-client/alpine-2.26
I used the ebuild from the pending 2.25-r3 gentoo pull, and made the following changes.
* http -> https for the homepage and sources
* The ssl patch is already included in this version
* The current Chappa patch for 2.26 is version 5
