I am getting this in logs each time p7zip gets build:
WARN: prepare
Enabling nonfree RAR decompressor

But we already have the LICENSE field to cover that. People worried about that will simply not allow that LICENSE in their systems:
LICENSE="LGPL-2.1 rar? ( unRAR )"
