I received this message only once; it is not repoducable.

Re-open if it's triggerable continually...
Most likely, you didn't wipe the cache after upgrading...
the .51 cache isn't compatible with the cache rewrite since the eclass loc/mtimes are now stored in the cache backend, rather then a seperate db...
