Looks like there is no way to disable arts using a ./configure flag, so maybe arts should just be added to the DEPEND line. I don't know where you have this old ebuilds from, but kcachegrind is part of kdesdk and dev-util/kcachegrind removed from the gentoo.org portage tree. |
