Here we have a lot of different useflags, bind related, sendmail related, and so on.
ssl support needs freebsd-crypto to be installed to being built.
sendmail related (actually only vacation) needs an mta to be useful (see next bug).

Updated freebsd-ubin patch

Another updated patch which adds the kerberos flag to disable kerberos support
building.
It also removes compile_et as seemant is going to work on a standalone com_err
ebuild for linux and bsd which will fix a lot of conflict stuff. About this,
see also bug for freebsd-lib ebuild (i haven't submitted it, yet).
