This patch doesn't add useflags, instead it clean up a little bit the setvar thing.
Please note that freebsd-headers doesn't build if bash owns /bin/sh (see blocking bugs)

Unfortunately this patch breaks freebsd-headers. So, I'm marking it as invalid.
