AH ok. Then the git commit message was a bit misleading.

I'm sorry that the commit message was misleading. They're likely to be dropped in newer KDE Gear releases. They are very much on the chopping block.

The support for them in all KDE Gear applications is rotting and there's no real interest in keeping it alive.
