This would cause a HUGE political problem, giving "regular users" the option of re-opening bugs that devs or others have closed. Believe me, I understand where you're coming from, but certain quick-on-the-trigger devs would flame you off the planet. It's something we can look into later once I upgrade our bugzilla, but not at this point. Regards, Jeffrey Is now a good time?
