games-emulation/dolphin-5.0_p20220517 version bump (snapshot)

Would it be possible to bump it using a more recent commit ? The current one is one year old. Also, the current requirement to have <libfmt-8.1.0 could be changed to dev-libs/libfmt since libfmt-8.1.0 is now stable.
