There is a bug in kdelibs-3.4.0-rc1 that hangs konqueror when typing ")" in some web forms: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=100963
Today the kde devs fixed it and comitted the fix to CVS. I slightly modified the patch so it can be used in the ebuild.

I understand that the fix will be included in kde-3.4.0-final, but I've noticed that quite a lot gentooists use 3.4_rc1 (and they might experience the same bug), so I think it would be good to include this fix in the ebuild.

This is not included in the 3.4.0 tag, but it is in 3_4_branch, so it's
candidate for inclusion in our ebuilds.

Added the patch in the kdelibs ebuild for 3.4.0.
