The ebuild contains

> --disable-libportal # not packaged

I've now packaged dev-libs/libportal, in case you want to depend on it.

I investigated this when bumping xdg-desktop-portal-1.15.0 today. libportal is used only for enabling some unit tests, and some of those unit tests fail for me.
