Version tcng-10b is available from tcng.sf.net.
Only tcng-9m is available on portage.

Ok. Copying the ebuild works (=compiles) for me without the 'tcsim' use flag, although I didn't have time to really test it.
I also can't test 'tcsim' because I have a kernel-2.6 and tcsim requires the 2.4 headers. Both patches apply with a "hunk succeeded" but I don't know if they are still needed.
