When I try to emerge system, I get errors about sys-devel/patch-2.5.9 failed, Funktion src_compile. Line 38, Exitcode 2, emake failed

Well, you need to post the actual errors.  We can't do anything with what you've given us.  Also, I'm going to reassign this to base-system, since it has nothing to do with the Installation CD and instead would be a problem with patch (the package).
