powermated-0.3.5.ebuild (New Package)
I have tested the ebuild thoroughly on my development machine, but this is my
first ebuild, so I would appreciate if someone could look it over and let me
know if I've done it all correctly.
I'd like to second this for inclusion. Sweet program, adds really good support to linux for powermate. Oh and thanks for the program and for the ebuild Tim! great work! Hmm... I forgot I submitted this. I've actually got a new project: http://gizmod.sf.net that includes all the functionality of powermated and a lot more. There's a Gentoo init script on the website, but no ebuild. Created attachment 81258 [details]
Fixed Powermated ebuild
You forgot to add xosd as a dependancy. Here's a fixed ebuild.
(In reply to comment #4) > Hmm... I forgot I submitted this. I've actually got a new project: > http://gizmod.sf.net that includes all the functionality of powermated and a lot > more. There's a Gentoo init script on the website, but no ebuild. see http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=134016 for gizmod-2.3 (In reply to comment #4) > Hmm... I forgot I submitted this. I've actually got a new project: > http://gizmod.sf.net that includes all the functionality of powermated and a lot > more. There's a Gentoo init script on the website, but no ebuild. so if gizmod is a successor of powermated, than we can close this one (with WONTFIX (*) )? Cheers, Przemek (*) plz, do not close with FIXED, if ebuild (and powermated) want make it into portage! (this is an automated message based on filtering criteria that matched this bug) 'EBUILD' is in the KEYWORDS which should mean that there is a ebuild attached to this bug. This bug is assigned to maintainer-wanted which means that it is not in the main tree. Hello, The Gentoo Team would like to firstly thank you for your ebuild submission. We also apologize for not being able to accommodate you in a timely manner. There are simply too many new packages. Allow me to use this opportunity to introduce you to Gentoo Sunrise. The sunrise overlay[1] is a overlay for Gentoo which we allow trusted users to commit to and all users can have ebuilds reviewed by Gentoo devs for entry into the overlay. So, the sunrise team is suggesting that you look into this and submit your ebuild to the overlay where even *you* can commit to. =) Because this is a mass message, we are also asking you to be patient with us. We anticipate a large number of requests in a short time. Thanks, On behalf of the Gentoo Sunrise Team, Jeremy.
