There is a bug in kde-frameworks/plasma-5.93.0 which causes panel applets to be too small. In my case I am using the "Event Calendar" applet. When I log-in and click the calendar it comes up in a tiny box instead of the configured size. Opening the config dialog fixes the issue until log out. The issue has been patched upstream

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log into desktop
2. Use panel app such as Event Calendar

Actual Results:  
The calendar is tiny

Expected Results:  
The calendar is sized according to the applet configuration
