There was nothing done really in 8.1.0 timeframe for the python bindings: https://gitlab.com/libvirt/libvirt-python/-/compare/v8.0.0...v8.1.0?from_project_id=192683 There is a new API implemented in 8.2.0 though. Would it make sense to stabilize the latter then? On the other hand, current stable version is 7.7.0 and there was a lot done since then until 8.1.0 even. Sanity check failed:
