Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox_musl)

NOTE:
This machine uses MUSL libc

Error(s) that match a know pattern:


libfaketime: In parse_ft_string(), failed to parse FAKETIME timestamp: No such file or directory
testframe.sh: error: functests/test_walkone.sh run exit_status=1!

Huge amount of changes (some relating to musl and portability) b/t 0.9.9 and 0.9.10. Please re-test.
